Since '06 we have spayed/neutered over 2500 dogs/cats and since Feb. '08 have adopted over 1,700 dogs.

Our mission is to promote responsible pet ownership in McNairy County. MCHS has a voucher program for spay/neuter of pets in McNairy County and we will assist when possible. We also rescue pups/dogs when able, pay for vetting, and work very hard to place these pets in loving homes.

MCHS is a public, nonprofit, (501c3) shelterless organization and rely on foster homes to keep the pups and dogs until placement. We also have a voucher program to assist pet owners in McNairy County with the cost of spay/neuter for their pets.
