To promote the welfare, rescue and adoption of dogs and cats in the city of Seguin and Guadalupe County.

ARF-Texas is a 501C3 Non-profit. Our stated mission is to promote animal welfare in Seguin and Guadalupe County. We do that by the adoption, rescue and fostering animals in public shelter. We have community based programs as free rabies clinics, medical support for low income families and pet food at the Christian Cupboard and spay /neuter programs. We support rescuers in our area with transportation, shared adoption events, and joint fundraising. We are advocates for animal welfare and led in developing a dog park for Seguin, and its proposed new shelter.
