The purpose of the Humane Society of West Texas is to save animals, promote animal welfare and their well-being in the West Texas region as we feasibly can. This is accomplished through our programs from our wellness clinics, to education on animal cruelty and the importance of spaying and neutering. Our organization uses a network of foster homes for our animals so adoptions can be carried out in guidance with local and state regulations. Our organization’s value to this region is to reduce unwanted animals within the region and ensure that all animals are placed in loving, safe forever homes.
