Habitat partners with qualified home buyers who help build their home and then purchase the home at zero interest from Habitat. Mortgage dollars are channeled into a separate account, The Fund For Humanity, and used to help fund the next home build or rehab. Our "pay it forward" model provides a hand-up to home ownership and to very affordable housing repair, maintenance, and weatherization services for income qualified home owners.
