Tough Mutts Dog Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit, no-kill, volunteer based dog rescue in Rockingham County, Virginia.

Our mission is to help dogs with special needs which may inhibit their ability to be adopted from a shelter environment. We strive to place dogs in forever homes where they can grow and thrive.
