The dedicated volunteers of Res Q Angels strive to rescue, rehabilitate, and ultimately re-home the staggering number of stray dogs in Yakima County. RQA operates in a transparent, socially accountable way with the highest regard for quality of life for the animal and for the public in order to save the greatest number of animals.

We are a newer rescue organization in the Yakima Valley. We are staffed entirely by volunteers- we have no paid employees. We are guided by a "hands-on" board of directors and we are all committed to the well being of the lost, abandoned, abused, and neglected animals of the Yakima Valley. If there is an animal in need, Res Q Angels will do whatever is necessary and within our abilities to aid and care for the animal. Under extreme circumstances we will take in an owner surrendered animal but our goal is to help animals that are truly homeless.
