In June of 2014 the Humane Society for Tacoma Pierce County started a Community Cat program.
Focus of the program is to help others understand the importance of altering free roaming cats (strays) to help decrease cat overpopulation. Cats are trapped, neutered and returned (TNR) to their outdoor homes.
