To provide safe living conditions and proper vet care for domestic pets and protect wildlife within their natural habitats.
We are a non-profit, non-political organization whose long-term goal is to be free of any organized secular or political group's involvement.
We have united to work toward one goal; education and protection of animals in a world where humans and animals live peacefully together.

•آگاه سازی مردم برای یاری رسانی، بهداشت و آسایش همه گونه‌های جانوری در افغانستان.
•فراهم نمودن زندگی بی ترس و بیم و برخوردار نمودن همه جانوران دست‌آموز و رام از رسیدگیهای دامپزشکی و همچنین نگاهبانی از دیگر جانوران آزاد در زیستگاههای بومی خود.
•ما یک سازمان مردم نهاد غیر انتفاعی و غیر سیاسی هستیم که آرمانهای آینده‌نگرانه‌اش در گرو هیچ گروه عرفی یا سیاسی نیست.
•ما تنها برای دست یافتن به یک آرمان با یکدیگر هم‌پیمان شده‌ایم: رسیدن به آگاهی برای نگاهبانی از جانوران در جهانی که در آن همه آدمیان و دیگر زیستمندان بتوانند در آرامش و با هم زندگی کنند.
