Spencer Pet Rescue is a Non-Profit no kill dog and cat rescue serving the O'Fallon, IL area. We were established in 1998 and are now foster based.

Our mission is to help animals find good owners, and educate people on allowing their pets to live, happy, healthy lives. Teaching owners about spay, neuter, vaccinations, and micro-chipping.

Spencer Pet Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit domestic companion animal rescue dedicated to placing homeless dogs, cats, puppies and kittens into permanent, loving and responsible homes.
