Volunteer field trip:

“Well, hello. Were you looking at me? I thought so, I get that a lot. I am Thaddeus. Sounds a bit pretentious I know but I'm really not. I am looking for a new family. My likes are playing, peeling out, playing and oh yes, I love the ladies.
I went to a friend's house today and had a marvelous time. There was this lovely rosemary bush that was so aromatic I had to rub it all over (I hear the ladies love it!). I sauntered over to introduce myself to the fair maidens Lady Lexi and her friend Lady Phoenix. I was sure they would swoon however, they did not. That's alright ladies, I am a gentleman, I can accept that you are not interested in my charms.
I am fond of having a chauffeur so that I may look out the windows and enjoy the view. I would very much enjoy having someone to play with, preferably an easy going friend as I am a bit wobbly sometimes. It has been said I have a neurological issue. That does not hold me back though. Update on Blackie

Blackie is extremely skinny!
She is receiving some much needed TLC and is starting to show her personality more.
She’s a sweet girl, enjoys her quite room, and comes out for pets.

We look forward to seeing this ol’ girl’s progress.

Beverly Hills was rescued from a full shelter, with a belly full of puppies. Her pups were quickly adopted, but she’s getting overlooked.

Beverly Hills is a sweet girl who enjoys going for walks and getting snacks. She rides well in the car, likes playing with toys and has done well with other dogs. She is approximately 17 pounds.

Beverly Hills is now spayed, microchipped, and UTD on vaccines.

We are extremely saddened that one of our longtime volunteers moved to another state.
Not even 2 weeks after their arrival they have received their first local rescue call.

Kim made friends with the staff at a vets office, while there for her personal dog, sharing rescue stories.
Today a Good Samaritan found an old cat and brought her in to the vets office to be euthanized. She is extremely underweight, 5.4 pounds with a full belly, covered in fleas, and fending for herself in the rain and thunderstorms. The vet felt euthanasia was unnecessary and gave Kim a call asking for help.

Kim rushed to pick up the cat, without a real plan in place. Their family doesn’t even have their moving truck delivered yet, let alone extra supplies for pet rescue.
