Northeast Pa Pet Fund and Rescue

Northeast Pa Pet Fund & Rescue is exactly that! We are a group of volunteers dedicated to helping people in northeast Pa pay for their dogs and cats to be spayed/neutered. We will also provide rescue of dogs when we have available foster homes.
