Our mission is to prove that: Harley's Hounds is a place where waifs & strays prove that kindness pays :-)

We are a UK registered charity that rescues dogs from pounds and homes that are in need of medical treatment and/or rehabilitation prior to them being available for adoption. We place all our dogs in foster homes to assess them correctly in a home environment and to enable us to place the dogs with the right owner.
