The Northwest SPCA promotes animal welfare in the city of Oroville and the unincorporated areas of Butte County.

Office open Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30 pm and Saturday from 11 pm - 3 pm. Kennels open Monday-Friday 10 am - 4:30 pm and Saturday from 11pm - 3 pm.
