With 100 dogs at the rescue no employees and working 24/7 many of these dogs have been abandoned, unwanted discarded we are blessed we have found them

There are so many abandoned dogs in Sicily. The country lacks properly funded dog pounds in which to collect strays. Animal rights groups estimate there are about 750,00 stray dogs, many of them abandoned by their owners and left to run wild. Although local town councils are supposed to round up strays and put them in public kennels, the law are very often ignored as public funds are not provided for building dog pounds. We are not here to take lives we are here to save lives these abandoned dogs need all the love we can give. Please don't let their remaining years be caged ones let their remaining years be happy and comfortable ones. Let then forget their past whats important is they deserve to be happy all dogs deserve to be happy. Adopt a dog make a difference to a dogs life.
