We are a group of professional volunteers and K-9’s trained and certified in search, rescue and human remains detection. We aid law enforcement and emergency agencies at no charge in locating missing or lost persons in wilderness, disaster, urban and drowning situations.

Dogs South strives to provide quick response for searches in Georgia, Florida and also available to respond to more distant locations including internationally.

Our services can only be requested by an official law enforcement or emergency agency. We have successfully assisted many agencies and references from these agencies including; Georgia Emergency Management Agency, Florida State Attorney 7th Circuit Homicide Investigative Unit, Telfair County Georgia Emergency Management Agency, St Johns County Florida Sheriff’s Department, Glynn County Georgia EMA, plus many other state and local agencies. Please contact us for references if needed and we can supply you with a point of contact from these agencies listed and additional agencies if needed.

We DO NOT respond to search request from individuals or families “unless” the missing person is outside of the United States. ALL search request that are to be conducting in the United States MUST be made DIRECTLY from a local, state or federal agency.

We DO NOT search for lost or missing pets no matter how dear or valuable they maybe to you and your family.
