Detroit Pit Crew Dog Rescue is a 501 (c) (3) non profit organization. Our mission is rescue the Destitute stray dogs of Detroit. We rescue any breed of dog that is living on the streets of Detroit and that is injured, sick or pregnant.

Detroit Pit Crew dog rescue is a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization with NO PAID employees that is primarily an emergency street crew that works to rescue stray dogs off the streets of Detroit that are injured, sick, or pregnant. We rescue any breed of dog that is a stray living on the streets of Detroit and that is injured, sick or pregnant. Every dog that we rescue immediately is taken to a veterinary hospital for stray hold and medical care. We rescue a very high volume of dogs and we don't usually do the adopting out part of rescue. Once the stray hold is over and after the dog is medically cleared and fully vetted most are transferred out through our Detroit Pit Crew Straight Outta Detroit Project to other organizations that we partner with. From there the dog is adopted out in to a loving forever home.
