Our mission is to help those dogs most in need.

Marley's Dog Rescue was founded in November 2015, by people with a huge passion to help those dogs most in need. Marley (Now known as Thor), He had been found wondering the streets as a stray, and after spending 7 days in the pound he was due to be put to sleep. Thankfully the GSRE stepped in and offered him a rescue space. Donna and Paul carried out a home check for Marley at a prospective home but unfortunately after a couple of meetings The resident Akita and Marley did not get on, so he went back up for adoption. Donna and Paul stepped in and offered the gorgeous Marley a home. Marley's Dog Rescue was born shortly after. We have since been joined by Taygen Kelleher who is our Coordinator for the Milton Keynes area, Between the three of us we have a vast amount of knowledge and we all have one common goal to help those four legged friends most in need get their happy ever after. We are not in this for the money or the glory we just want to help. We have kennels and foster homes with plenty of knowledge. Any dogs that come to us will get a full health check, be neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and de-flea and teeth will be checked and cleaned. All our dogs are fully insured for the moment of collection right up until they go to there forever home and will have full rescue back up for life. We aim to extensively assess each dog and find the right home first time. Each dog will come with a welcome pack with as much info as we can supply on health, temperament, likes and dislikes. All our transporters and foster families are fully covered on our insurance so if one of our dogs does cause any damage to property or people they are covered and transporters will be covered as long as they stick to our strict transporting rules. We are always looking for volunteers, whether it be walking our dogs, fostering, donating, fund raising, transporting or even just sharing our posts.
