The mission of the PVHS is to support humane and sustainable communities for all animals through education,advocacy,respect and responsibility. Thanks to the Morden and Winkler Veterinarian clinics, we sterilize hundreds of animals each year.

PVHS is a volunteer run, non-profit organization, serving all towns in south western Manitoba. Our purpose is to help abandoned animals by providing care for them during their stay at our shelter, finding suitable adoption placements and controlling pet overpopulation by ensuring all of our animals are spayed or neutered.
