Every year we see 1,000 animals grace our doors. Some are dumped, some abandoned by their owners, and some brought in by kind strangers. They need your help. Unwanted, neglected or abused animals should be a thing of the past.

As this is a site to promote the work of the shelter and the animals who come into our care, we respectfully ask members not to post messages looking to sell or give away animals that are not from the shelter. The shelter animals are those in dire need of new homes and at risk of being put down.

IF YOU WISH TO REPORT AN INCIDENT OF ANIMAL CRUELTY, NEGLECT OR ABUSE CALL 1-877-722-1522 AS IT FALLS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE NBSPCA DIRECTLY. ALSO IF YOU WISH TO REPORT AN UNLICENSED PET ESTABLISHMENT OR KENNEL CALL THE SAME NUMBER. AS WELL THE NBCPCA IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RURAL ANIMAL CONTROL.
