The Wallaceburg Animal Shelter takes in unwanted, stray, neglected and abused dogs in the Wallaceburg, Dresden, Dover and surrounding areas. We want every dog to find the safe loving home they deserve.

The Animal Rescue Fund supports the Wallaceburg Animal Shelter by raising funds and providing medical treatment to those dogs who need it

Our Adoption Process

You must fill out an adoption form and an agreement.

Adoption Fee is $56.50 ($50 + tax)
An application form with 2 references must be completed.

For an additional $215 females, $200 males
(after adoption fee) the Animal Rescue Fund offers the following package:

Spay/Neuter, up to date vaccinations


We are also a no kill shelter and we take pride in that.
