The Township of Brock Dench Animal Shelter is dedicated to improving the lives of companion animals in our community and finding permanent and loving adoptive homes for the cats and dogs that come into our facility through rescue or as strays. We provide a safe haven for animals in transition, serve as advocates for animals, work to end animal overpopulation, cruelty and educate the public about compassion and responsibility towards all animals.

We are a small Municipal Shelter located beside the Cannington Community Centre in Cannington Ontario. We take inside our facility homeless animals in the Township of Brock and also serve as the Municipal Pound for dogs and cats that have gone astray. All animals that arrive at our facility are offered a warm, calm and soothing environment and we try to ensure the individual needs for each animal and their unique personality. We offer low rate adoptions and all animals are vaccinated up to date and spayed and neutered (if of age) prior to leaving our facility. All dogs are microchipped.
