RECYCLED LOVE
DOG RESCUE

MISSION STATEMENT

Recycled Love Dog Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to, and believes that humans are morally responsible to assist in, and/or rescue homeless, abused, neglected and abandoned animals - to be a voice for the voiceless. We rescue dogs from high-kill shelters all over the United States, we transport or fly when necessary. With our home base in California where dogs are at high risk of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation, we do our best to save as many lives as possible. We help owners who can no longer care for their pets for whatever reason, offering food, shelter, or rehoming of their family dog.

With our team of committed volunteers, loving foster homes, local veterinarians, trainers, pilots and boarding facilities, we are able to rescue hundreds of animals every year, and with the love of our contributors and supporters, we provide them with any and every necessary medical care, spay/neuter, microchips, and vaccinations. We place them with well-matched, carefully screened permanent loving homes. We believe in providing the public with information on responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spay/neuter, positive behavior training, children/pet education, good nutrition and new parenting commitments and adjustment periods, as well as introduction of other pets and/or children around these new family members.

We recycle love every time we save a life. Rescued dogs under the Wings of Recycled LoVe DoG Rescue are surely blessed. Recycle LoVe ~ Adopt A Homeless Dog.

Recycled dogs? OK, more like rescue dogs. But just take a look at our Rescue dogs we are Recycling and see if you could resist one!!

Dogs have a way of putting a smile on our faces. They’re quirky, they’re funny and they provide unconditional love. Dogs aren't just our best friends but its a fact that they improve our well-being in so many ways.

But despite how much we love dogs, there is still a pet homelessness problem in the U.S. According to ASPCA, approximately 7.6 million companion animals enter animal shelters nationwide every year. Of those, approximately 3.9 million are dogs and 3.4 million are cats. Because too many people give up their pets, and too few people adopt from shelters or rescue groups, each year approximately 2.7 million of them are euthanized (1.2 million dogs and 1.4 million cats). This number could be drastically decreased if more people would spay and neuter their pets and would adopt a recycled pet instead of buying from breeders or worse, pet stores where the poor creatures come from puppy mills and are bred in deplorable conditions and mothers are treated like trash.

Just to reiterate:
1.2 MILLION DOGS and 1.4 million cats are murdered across the United States every year.
Gas Chambers, Heart Stick with the needle and Put to Sleep by a burning injection...
alone, terrified, scared, sad with strangers who dont care.!!!! NEEDLESSLY AND HEARTLESSLY.

Education of our children is key, they are our future... Spay/Neuter, Love and Compassion for animals. Preventing over population is our future, without it, we are in an endless cycle of insanity and overcrowded shelters and animals dying everyday.
