Countryside Rescue rescues homeless animals from animal shelters
that are forced to euthanize the pets due to lack of facility space.
We then place them in new, loving, forever homes.
We also accept owner surrenders.
Countryside Rescue rescues homeless animals from animal shelters that are forced to euthanize due to overcrowding. We work with a number of organizations to save adoptable pets including the Sonoma County Humane Society, the Oakland Shelter (Alameda County), the San Francisco Animal Care and Control Shelter (San Francisco County), and the Sonoma County Animal Shelter. We also accept animals from pet owners who are ill or moving and can no longer keep their pets.
