For animal related complaints, reclaims, adoptions, or rescue inquiries, call 903-535-0045. Tyler Animal Control is on duty 7 days per week with on-call officers for after hours police emergencies. The Tyler Animal Shelter is open to the public, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Adoptable animals can be viewed from 9am-4:30pm.
