Eastern Sierra Dog Rescue is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) tax exempt organization. Our focus is in outreach, adoption, and education of homeless dogs in California's Eastern Sierra. We serve Inyo and Mono counties.

Eastern Sierra Dog Rescue is a non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to improving the welfare of our local shelter animals while assisting in finding them permanent homes. We provide community outreach by creating and distributing posters, using local and social media, and hosting adoption events. Working with shelter staff, ESDR also facilitates the transportation of adoptable pets to other shelters and rescue organizations where the chance of adoption may be higher. ESDR provides exposure for adoptable shelter animals that may otherwise be euthanized.
