There's Hope Dog Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit, volunteer dog rescue organization serving the Tompkins County area. We do not have a physical shelter to house animals; instead, we are an all-volunteer, foster-home based animal housing group. There's Hope Dog Rescue is a corporation with the charitable purpose that animals in our care are spayed or neutered, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and are placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed, or ease of placement.

There's Hope Dog Rescue has a vision of making the right connections between rescued dogs and families in order to give dogs their final, happy, loving homes. There's Hope Dog Rescue strives to be a valuable resource to our community by working with struggling dog owners and by providing education on responsible dog ownership, including the importance of vaccinating, spaying/neutering, behavior training and microchip implanting. Finally, the organization strives to work with area shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless pets.
