Friends of the Memphis Animal Shelter is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization striving to decrease pet overpopulation with spay/neuter & public education.

The mission of Friends of the Memphis Animal Shelter (FMAS) is to improve animal welfare by supplementing the work of Memphis Animal Services. FMAS strives to decrease pet overpopulation, promote the importance of spaying and neutering animals, and educate the public about responsible pet ownership.
