We had the best time during our Day of Service today! Our helpers set up fun activities for the animals. We made puzzle toys for our cats and rabbits and set up scavenger hunts for the dogs!

Do you need an extra player for your Thanksgiving backyard football game? Bruce is ready to step in!

This happy pup loves to play ball and will go long for all of your touchdown passes! Bruce loves playing with other pups or making friends with people, no need to trade players, he is ready to join the team! Bruce might need to brush up on a few plays, but he learned "sit" super quickly when there were yummy treats involved - up the middle, reverse or sweep, bring the turkey and we have no doubt that he will be a quick study!

Sweet Potato went on the best adventure this morning! Despite a bit of a chill in the air, he was happy to hit the trails with one of our volunteers. She reports that Sweet Potato was a star on the leash and loved exploring the river banks - so many good smells!

Sweet Potato is part of our “Adopt a Cat - We Will Bake You A Pie” promotion (we know he’s a dog, we just really love this goofy boy and want him to find a home for Thanksgiving) so come meet him today! His adoption fee is waived through 11/23 AND we will bake you a delicious pie to enjoy if you adopt him.

Tony got to spend today exploring a local park with one of our volunteers! He loved getting out into the sunshine and exploring the trails. Our volunteer reports that once he got going, he was totally in his groove! We think Tony would make an excellent hiking buddy - he loves it! Tony also discovered the joys of rolling in the grass with a toy in his mouth - what fun! Apparently, Tony also carried a toy in his mouth for the majority of his walk, such a silly boy.
