Vision

Raahat promotes welfare of ‘ALL ANIMALS’ and we are proud to be the leading Facility in providing sheltering services to animals in Uttarakhand & fighting for their rights.

PfAdoon envisions ‘All Animal Shelters’ in other parts of the Uttarakhand and co-ordinate with other NGOs & the government to facilitate the same.



Core Areas of Work

The organization runs a Recovery Centre and Veterinary Hospital ‘Raahat’ where shelter & medical care is provided to animals in distress. Raahat is a permanent sanctuary for special need and case animals.

We conduct a no-cost sterilization & immunisation program for community dogs.

Besides, the rescue & relief work, we also fight against animal cruelty, the focus being informing, educating and then ensuring compliance of the animal protection laws.

We rehabilitate rescued animals and support environment conservation initiatives.

We support and co-ordinate with other social and animal welfare organizations with similar objectives.
