LCHPR rescues and rehabilitates abused horses and ponies and in turn these equines help those in need in our community through the healing power of animals.

Our mission is to give the horses and ponies and safe and happy home, where they can recover from whatever injury or neglect they may have suffered and teach them to trust people again. Also to insure that they never ever have to go through hardhships in their lives again. The main goal of our mission is to give our community the opportunity to learn from and about these amazing animals. We hope that teaching people will help so that one day there will be no need for a horse rescue.
The world of horses is an expensive and lucrative place and many people would not be given the opportunity to be involved due to price, physical abilities, location, etc. Our fascility allows anyone, despite these restrictions, experience the benefits of being with a horse or pony.

Last Chance Horse and Pony Rescue is a non-profit organization that is geared towards helping animals in need so that they can help children in our community.
