Horse and Hound Rescue Foundation is a non-profit 501 (3)(c) that dedicated to give our OTTBs and dogs a place to stay until their forever home is found.


Horse and Hound Rescue Foundation is the brain child of a few dedicated group of animal lovers seeking to help find forever homes for off track Thoroughbreds , however, we also acknowledge the need to place abandoned dogs, as this is a concern among all communities.
