MISSION STATEMENT

Provide low-cost spay, neuter and basic veterinary services with a focus on reducing the number of unwanted companion dogs and cats through birth control and humane education outreach.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

To provide low-cost spay, neuter and basic veterinary services to reduce the number of unwanted companion dogs and cats in Southern California. We do this by operating two Animal Care Centers in Long Beach and Garden Grove.

To keep our costs competitive and serve financially challenged clients who may not have the resources to provide birth control or essential care to companion dogs and cats.

To educate the public about companion animal overpopulation, the benefits of birth control through spay and neuter, the importance of effective vaccinations and basic veterinary care. We do this by participating in Southern California pet expos and fairs, public speaking events and school outreach.
