Lower the number of homeless and unwanted pets entering our community animal shelters by offering affordable spay/neuter services, a rescue-adoption program and educating our youth on the importance of responsible pet ownership. Provide medical care to adoptable animals and provide such services deemed necessary to support humane welfare. Working towards the solution to end the large homeless pet population in our communities.
