As Pawsitively Purrfect Rescue, it is our mission to rescue and re-home abandoned and neglected dogs and cats. To provide a loving and caring environment while within our care. To provide a positive adoption experience as well as training and education resources and to encourage responsible ownership.

Pawsitively Purrfect Rescue is a 501 (c) 3 registered non-profit charity. PPR is made up of a network of volunteers and animal fosters. PPR will primarily be serving the Carbon and Schuylkill Counties, However we continue to expand and add foster homes in other areas including Berks and Luzerne counties. Our goal is to help find homes for abandoned, stray and neglected dogs and cats.
