ALFA 's goal is to rescue, rehabilitate, nurture, build trust, love and train each pet so that the lucky family that chooses to adopt one of our pets will want to keep it. Too many pets are discarded do to the incompatibility of the pet and it's family. Our goal is to be sure the pets behavior and personality fit the life and lifestyle of it's potential family. We will always willingly take one of ours back should the adoption not work out but we take every step to insure a successful adoption.

A 501 (c)(3) non-profit animal rescue focused on rescuing the stray, abandoned, abused, neglected dogs and cats and dogs in North East Arkansas. We rehabilitate the unwanted. Show them love, security and stability and socialize them to prepare them for a new and loving home. Black dogs and cats are very often passed over for the prettier ones. We see them as beautiful! The sick, hungry, mangy, poor looking dogs and cats are chased away, shot, dumped, etc. We take them in to make them beautiful and healthy again and then find them a family who sees in them what we see in them.
