Foothill Horse Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization tax ID# 47-1445663. here at FHR we strive to improve the lives of horses that have been abused, abandoned, unwanted, untouched, and bound for slaughter.

Our services include Rescue, Rehabilitation, Adoption, and Education.

We have been rescuing horses since 2010. We have currently rescued almost 200 horses to date. FHR resides in Prather Ca. on just over 17 acres about 1.5 miles below the town of Prather, CA off of HWY 168 and Gooseberry.
