The Objectives of the Society are to:
- Advance the standards and recognition of the HR field within the Cayman Islands;
- Establish a network for collaboration, sharing ideas and problem solving;
- Foster better relations between the practitioners and the norms and peculiarities of Cayman's labour market;
- Develop, acquire and deliver courses or programs of study for the certification and professional development of members;
- Act as an interest group in conducting pro-active research and making representations on legislation and regulations pertaining to HR management;
- Responsibly fulfill roles in ensuring compliance within organizations.
