Second Chance Animal Rescue (SCAR) is a volunteer/foster based, non-profit animal rescue organization located in the Windsor/Essex County Area.

Our mission is to assist animals in need and place these animals, into loving homes where they will be safe and treated with the love and respect that they deserve. To ensure that the necessary veterinary care for the animals we rescue be provided.
