The mission of the Hood County Sheriff's Office Animal Control Division is to promote and enforce the humane treatment of the animal population in Hood County. This mission will be accomplished through dedication to rabies eradication, reducing animal euthanasia and controlling pet population through a cooperative effort with the community.
