Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc. is a, all-volunteer, non-profit organization. Our founding members are both licensed and experienced kennel and rescue shelter operators, as well as dedicated individual volunteers who have combined resources in order to become a driving force for change in animal care for our area and we serve Harris, Meriwether and Troup counties in the state of Georgia.
