Animal Haven Sanctuary in Buena Vista Colorado is dedicated to providing a happy home for unwanted hoofed animals.

We are a small, family operated non-profit that was formed in 2013. Our mission is to uphold the maximum standards and ethics for the humane care of equine and other animals providing care of the highest caliber, with the paramount level of respect, dignity, trust and hope.


Our goal is to implement a system of immediate care for unwanted and neglected animals, providing a clean, healthy, and safe environment for our guests where they can make new friends, not feel abandoned or neglected and run and play in large pastures.
