Kitten cottage is run on a voluntary basis. There are no paid employees.

No cat that is taken in is put down unless they are in pain and will not recover.

Kitten cottage run a trap, neuter and release system for feral or ‘wild’ cats.

Coming from Virginia, Co.Cavan take the R194 Virginia - Ballyjamesduff road towards Ballyjamesduff.

Upon leaving the town, you will come to a narrow bridge called Dunancory bridge in 1.7km.

Take the left turn. This will bring you on the Virginia - Oldcastle road.

Drive for approxiametly 5.5 kms and take the second left on this road.

Kitten Cottage is roughly located 2kms on the left hand side of this road. There are sign posts outside.
