We, Farakka Amateur Society for Human Aid (Farakka ASHA), take the pleasure of introducing ourselves as a Non Profit Philanthropic Organization dedicated to medical, social, cultural, education and any other humanitarian aid to the people. Our Patrons are educationists, officers of various Govt. & public sectors, doctors, etc. They do always keep in touch with us and help us to achieve our goal.
The AIMS, OBJECTIVES and MOTO:
• To provide and arrange for foods, cloths, shelter, habitation, subvention and other relief and purports to the poor indigent, displaced, blind, decrepit, senile persons, children and women, aged, sick or orphans also carnally outraged women of all communities and religions.
• To promote aid, assist, help, finance, guide, organize, plan, undertake, develop, maintain, carry on, channelize and co-ordinate projects, programs & schemes primarily relating to integrated Rural Development including the development of natural and human resources, improvement in the quality of the life of people in-general and economically, socially and ecologically handicapped sections in particular and any other program of people actions for development of social life
• To provide medical help for the weaker sections of the society, eradicate malnutrition, fight against hunger, educate people to combat epidemic diseases like diarrhoea / malaria / dengue fever etc., make people aware about the utility of cleanliness and to help the aged, sick, helpless, and indigent persons, arrange & conduct AIDS Awareness & Prevention program.
• To fight illiteracy, help the needy students of all communities for the prosecution of studies,
• To engage and assist in such other philanthropic activities as may be deemed appropriate by the Governing Body of the Society.
