Our immediate goal is to get the funding for the formation of an Emergency Animal Response Team for the State of Alaska. Likely based here on the Kenai Peninsula, for the safety of the peninsula residents with pets. All other major population bases have organized animal control, that can immediately respond to a disaster. The EART unit will respond as needed throughout the entire state. All equipment can be driven into a military transport aircraft for deployment statewide.
