Happy Thanksgiving! We are thankful for all those that help us in continuing our mission: to provide a compassionate safe-haven with quality food and medical care for the dogs and cats that come through our gates; a temporary home for those able to be adopted and a forever home for those in need. We can't change an animal's past, but we can rewrite their future. ❤🐾 Hope you have a wonderful day!

Catherine Coulter and Debra Lilienthal! 🎉 THANK YOU SO MUCH to all that purchased raffle tickets. Thanks to you, we raised over $3,000 for the animals! 😱 Be sure to keep an eye out for our Holiday Auction items 👀 There may be a quilt in there, too! (Psst: Cat lovers will want to see this, especially! 😻) and of course, thank you again to Donna Gamble who hand stitched these quilts with so much love. ❤️

These adoptions are extra special. All these pups are seniors. We absolutely adore our seniors here at the sanctuary - and it is so very heartwarming when families give these older dogs a loving home. Please join us in celebrating these adoptions! We miss them dearly - but are so, so thrilled for them!!

Do you remember Oadie?! This sweet deaf boy belonged to a dear former Hallie Hill volunteer Brian who tragically passed a few years ago. Oadie is absolutely terrified of thunderstorms - and while we set up a cozy spot for him inside the barn when it would storm... we really wanted to see him find a home. Well, he did last year! We were thrilled when he came to visit with his dad the other day! He is doing great - and it is so good to see. ❤
