The SHRM-Emerald Coast Chapter is an organization serving the Florida Panhandle HR professionals of Okaloosa and Walton Counties.

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Emerald Coast Chapter is an organization comprised of Human Resource professionals in Okaloosa & Walton County, located in the Panhandle of Florida.

The purpose of the SHRM-ECC is to:
a. Provide professional growth and development.
b. Provide a network for mutual assistance, information sharing, and consultation
c. Maintain continuing, cooperative efforts in areas of common business concerns.
d. Be the management catalyst for high moral and ethical standards if treatment of employees in our business organizations.
e. Support the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) in accordance with its Code of Ethics and purposes.
