Colville Valley Animal Sanctuary

Operating Hours: Tuesday thru Saturday by appointment only. We can't always get to the phone right away, so please leave a message: # 509-684-1475

The Colville Valley Animal Sanctuary is a no-kill shelter dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, spaying/neutering and adoption of homeless and neglected companion animals in a county with no animal control or county-supported shelter. Staffed almost entirely by volunteers, we provide both crisis and long-term sheltering, medical care, rehabilitation and adoption, either on site or by transferring to partner shelters with more adoption opportunities.

We are a non-profit animal shelter and rescue-501(c)3. We rescue abandoned and neglected cats and dogs within Stevens county, Wa which is a county which provides NO animal control or county-supported shelter. We spay/neuter and provide medical treatment, and work to find loving homes for all of our animals.

(we apologize for having the change our hours, this is due to a shortage of volunteers. The care of our animals is top priority and it is taking us much longer to do that with fewer volunteers to help.)
