Is Your Cat Stuck In A Tree? Visit www.TreeCat Rescue.com

We rescue cats who are stuck in trees because "pets are family."

A "TreeCat" is a tree-climbing cat who won't or can't come down safely on their own, causing distress to family and loved ones.

TreeCat Rescue was created tree-climbing Instructor, Danny Lyons. Lyons founded Canopy Climbers, LLC, an eco-adventure tree-climbing company located in Gainesville, Florida. More about that: www.CanopyClimbers.com.

"We rescue cats who are stuck in trees 'Because Pets Are Family.'"

We are expert tree climbers and we love cats. Although this kind of work is difficult and dangerous, we do it because we want to help reunite cats and their families, safely. And contrary to the urban myth, the Fire Department can't help cats who are stuck in trees in most counties. They are not set up for this kind of work, nor can they be distracted from human emergencies.

TreeCat Rescue is a specialized business. We provide a valuable service that involves danger and risk. We charge a fair fee for our service and a trip charge for areas outside of Alachua County.

We aren't a non-profit or government-supported entity. We provide service for all of North-Central Florida and sometimes well beyond. Contact us now if you are in need of our service.

Our climbing techniques are entirely safe for trees. We never use tree spikes to climb trees because they are inherently damaging and dangerous to the health of trees.
