New Directions is a Non Profit animal rescue, our goal is to give love, care, and shelter to unwanted or abused animals, and to find them loving caring homes.

To help stop the abuse and neglect of defenseless animals, and find loving homes for them.


We are just starting up and getting everything put together to start our animal rescue, Our beliefs are that no animal should be abused or left homeless. We are a non kill animal shelter. Every animal should have a chance at a long happy life with families that love them. My own dogs are my children.

A spay/neuter program: all of the rescue’s dogs will be spayed or neutered prior to their adoption.
Medical care, including initial vaccinations, deworming and blood testing.
Educational programs to make children, teens and adults aware of how to provide responsible pet care.

We will be having a sponsorship program along with several other programs as we are able to initiate them.

Donations of Blankets, food, or anything else helpful in starting our life long adventure will be gladly accepted at our location (to be determined).

We are Located in Hazel Park Michigan at the moment but with future plans we will be moving to a area with lots of land.
