We at the clinic are devoted pet-owners too, and will always treat your pets as if they were our own. We respect the bond you have with your pet and want you to take full advantage of all we have to offer.
We have off street parking on the Cabot street side of the clinic, but only to the let as you enter the lot. You may also park in from of the clinic on Linden Street or on Cabot Street only on the far side of the street. Please enter the clinic on Linden Street.
All pets must be on leash or in an appropriate cage.
Male Dogs which have not been neutered should remain outside the clinic (in the car) until you are asked to bring them into the exam room.
It is fine to allow your pet to "relieve" itself on our grass, but due to city ordinance, please pick up after your pet. We will supply you with a "pooper-scooper" and a trash receptacle.
Please let us know if your pet has any known fears - for example, doesn't like their paws touched, afraid of noise ect.
Let us know if your animal may bite! We have safe, comfortable muzzles.
Please notify us at least one day in advance of canceling an appointment. A "no show" will be added to any future appointment at the currenct office visit rate.
All fees are due in full and at the time of service. We do not offer extended payment schedules or billing. First-time clients will be required to pay in cash or by credit/debit card.
